My story

Baking is where everything goes quiet

I'm autistic, and baking is my escape — the one place where the steps make sense, the measuring is calming, and at the end there's something I can hand to someone else.

I've had a lot of struggles to get here. That's the whole point of The Unique Batch: you can do anything you put your mind to, and being different isn't the thing holding you back.

Cupcakes for the day that matters

Birthdays, christenings, engagements, leaving dos. Themed cupcakes and decorated boxes are my thing — send me the colours or a photo you've saved and I'll tell you what's possible and what it'll cost. I don't take on large tiered cakes.

How payment works

deposit when you order
Your date isn't held until it clears.

when you collect
Paid on the day you pick it up.
1 Pay by bank transfer or PayPal. No card payments on this site.
2 Cancel within 2 days of ordering — you get your deposit back in full.
3 Cancel within 2 days of your collection date — the deposit is not refunded.

Your order isn't confirmed until the deposit has cleared. I'll send the details when I reply.

I bake in a home kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, egg, nuts and soya. Tick everything that applies, or tick "None" to confirm there are none — the form won't send without an allergy answer.
