I bake at home in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, egg, nuts and soya. I clean down thoroughly between bakes, but I cannot promise there is no cross-contamination. If an allergy is severe, please tell me before you order and I'll be honest about whether I should be the one baking for you.
Every bake here contains wheat gluten, egg and milk. The Malteser brownie and Malteser traybake also contain barley gluten. Alternatives can be made for some recipes — ask me and I'll tell you honestly.
